The following model is my build-up of a resin kit that I built the master for. The resin Kit is currently available from Ravenstar Studios.
I envisioned the Talon class serving the same role in the Romulan fleet that the Klingon Bird of Prey fills in the Klingon navy. The Talon aesthetic is intended to fall somewhere within the TNG and Nemesis eras.
As part of this kit, I also mastered a model base displaying the Romulan Empire logo from ST:Nemesis.
